We are excited to partner with Greenleaf Book Group to publish our new book Change the Way You Change. We are impressed with their capabilities, publishing model, and willingness to partner. This will enable us to bring years of change experience and research to more organizations interested in changing how they change successfully.
Greenleaf Book Group was founded in 1997, and in 2006 was named to the Inc. 500, Inc. magazine’s list of the fastest-growing companies in America. From the beginning, Greenleaf has continually evolved to meet the needs of authors. The core of its business has always been master distribution to major bookstores, airports, and specialty retailers. In addition, Greenleaf focuses on top-quality editorial, design, and strategic marketing initiatives with a team of experts who help authors publish and market their books. Greenleaf’s sales-focused approach and author-centric model attracts authors from major publishing houses who are seeking an alternative to restrictive traditional publishing arrangements. With over 35 New York Times and Wall Street Journal best sellers, Greenleaf’s award-winning editorial and design, robust marketing, and expert distribution capabilities have led to partnerships with some of the greatest thought leaders and independent publishers around the world.
The Highlands Group partnered with biopharmaceutical company Endocyte—a company that maximizes the potential of small molecule drug conjugates (SMDCs) with companion imaging agents—to deliver a year-long Leadership Development University for the company’s directors and managers. This program was customized to build the next generation of leaders in the organization. We created a development process that included individual assessment, classroom and team application, and peer-to-peer coaching. Leaders engaged in topics such as situational leadership, communication and dialogue, emotional intelligence, and change management. One leader sent us a note after graduation saying:
“I wanted to take the time to thank you for all the insightful and immediately applicable knowledge you provided us through our year-long leadership program. I hope I speak for all members of our management team when I say that the techniques, lessons, and tools that you provided us with will prove invaluable and enable us to work better and more effectively as a team moving forward. From a personal perspective, I have been implementing several techniques with my team members and other managers that have been of significant help in negotiating and effectively managing conversations and personal interactions. Thank you for all of your hard work.”
TrueCar leads the new and used car industry by partnering with 9,000+ Certified Dealers who are committed to price transparency and upfront pricing.
