Sandra started her career in the UK with 9 years business experience in the advertising industry (McCann-Erickson, AMV.BBDO), leading multi-disciplinary teams on blue chip accounts like Nestle coffees, Prudential Insurance, Pepsi Cola, and Pizza Hut. As Training and Development Director at TBWA, she was involved in on-the-ground post-merger people management. As a result, she knows first hand the exciting opportunities and challenges involved in the arena of both business and people management.
Born and educated in Europe, Sandra has been working as an executive coach and experiential trainer since 1999. Her passion is supporting leaders to embrace and embody authentic, values-based leadership, and help leadership teams create intentional team environments where everyone’s contributions are optimized, not compromised.
She designs and leads leadership courses for leaders in Europe, Asia, and the USA in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, like Prudential, the BBC, Leo Burnett Advertising, Publicis Advertising, Clinica Community Healthcare, and the Financial Planning Association. She regularly trains other executive coaches in Positive Psychology-based Coaching Intensives in Europe.
Sandra holds degrees in Business Administration (BA) and Psycho-Spiritual Psychology (MA). She is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a CTI Coach, and an AEC Certified Executive Coach. Her toolbox is extensive and includes NLP, Myers Briggs, Time to Think, Leadership Circle Profile, and Organizational Relationship and Systems Coaching.
Sandra’s coaching and teaching style is experiential, perceptive, intuitive, engaging, and focused on the practical. She especially loves partnering with conscious business leaders and organizations.
